Rental Application and Information
Apply for one of our rental properties in Escondido and San Diego here. Before applying, please make sure you have the following available:
- Copy of Driver's License or Govertment ID with photo
- Copy of Social Security Card
- If You are a W2 Employee - 2 most recent paystubs
- If Self-Employed - 2 most recent bank statements
- Employer Contact Information
There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee per adult ($55 if married). The application process will not begin until this is received due to the cost in processing an application.
In order to better server you and qualify you as a prospective tenant, please provide ALL necessary documentation. SunWest Property Management will provide a credit report.
